Irisi is a new online platform, which co-founding sisters, Mairead and Caitlin Gillespie, aim to fill with diverse contemporary literature and visual art from around the world. Mairead and Caitlin are passionate about curating significant and emotive work that explores life journeys and experiences.

About the Editors
Caitlin is a poet, writer and editor originally from Devon. She has a BA Hons in Religious Studies from Kings College London and an MA in Creative Writing with Distinction from The University of Hertfordshire.
She has previously worked as a teacher and teaching assistant in London schools and is now a freelance writer, tutor and editor based in Oxfordshire. She is working towards a PhD in Creative Writing.
Her poetry and writing has been published in literary magazines such as Tears in the fence, Under the radar by Nine Arches Press, Scriturra, Blue Moons and is forthcoming in Ink Sweat and Tears.
Mairead has an MA in Communication Design from Central St Martins, and prior training in graphic design. She has worked on numerous art projects with institutions such as Kings College London, The BBC, The Roundhouse London, and as a communications manager/in house designer for Berlin & Sydney Art Gallerist Michael Reid. She currently lives in Sydney and works in publishing.
