Crossways is an online literary magazine.

Crossways publishes both literary poetry and short fiction. We welcome submissions from new and established authors, anywhere in the world, as long as they are writing in English. We are based in Ireland, so we have a particular interest in any writing with an Irish connection.

We will read everything that is sent to us and we aim to respond quickly. We like to say yes but this doesn’t mean we will publish anything.

We especially want to hear from new and emerging writers who are looking to break into the world of published authors. Our aim is to publish lots of poetry with some short fiction.

Submissions are free but we can’t afford payment for work at this stage. We hope to help get your name out there and interest a publisher who can offer you payment for your work.

We aim to publish four issues a year, beginning with our Spring issue which should come out in late April.
